The Golfclub Wylihof was founded in 1993 and currently has about 900 members, of which around 100 are juniors.
On 24 June 1995 the 18 holes were inaugurated.
Towards the end of 1996: The Wylihof Golf AG was able to purchase the golf course land including the golf infrastructure and buildings, approx. 60 ha from Vigier Holding AG. The Wylihof Golf Club and its members thus became owners of the golf course unexpectedly early, which is certainly the long term wish of every golf club.
On 27 August 2016, 21 years after its opening, Wylihof opened its newly developed 27-hole championship facility. The 3 x 9 holes (YELLOW, BLUE & RED) are laid out with numerous water hazards, well placed bunkers and offers significant length. The challenging and interesting layout of the three courses makes Wylihof one of the most attractive golf courses in Switzerland.
Our course is therefore also very popular for national and international championship tournaments for the additional following reasons:
